Ricardo Zavala has a BS in Geophysics from UNAM in Mexico and a MS in geophysics from the University of Oklahoma. He started work for Pemex Exploration and Production, Mexico’s state-owned oil company in 2000 and currently is studying his PhD in Geophysics at the University of Houston focusing on unconventional reservoirs.

Great for Beginners, Superb Price Point

Biblical Dream Symbols Dictionary 2nd Edition is a great resource for beginning learners of Christian dream interpretation. Mr. Wolfe notes in the book that his symbol meanings are limited to the dreams he's interpreted over the years and that's what makes this perfect for those just starting out. Mr. Wolfe's website is one of a few that the Dream Team I'm on uses in Level 1 training for new interpreters. This book is an excellent resource to have in a believer's library if for no other reason than the price.

Better Than Referring To Internet

This book has every a symbolic meaning (A to Z) you could think of, rather dream of. It has a short description of the dream
symbol along with a scripture reference (you have to look that up in the Bible). I now refer to this book rather than going to the internet, because it's hard to find a biblical and spiritual read on dreams. I gave it 4 stars because of the cover design, but then again maybe the author had a reason for using the color scheme according to his book.

A great tool to take with you, I have a few books but this one I have with me if I have my phone with me. So I can interpretate dreams and it symbols at work, with friends etc.

It's wise to compare and combine more of dream books (but be aware from what source) you will get a deeper understanding of the dream and its meaning.

I enjoyed reading "Oneness - Principles of World Peace." This is a very informative and humanitarian narrative aimed at achieving global unity and breaking down the unnecessary barriers of racial identity. Kudos to author and "The Messenger" Brian Scott Baskins in defining and making logical sense of this very timely and eye opening epiphany in today's world of war, civil unrest and political indifference; further complicated by false racial pride and mostly negative assumptions based on race. Discovering and comprehending this urgent message of global unity frees us of these illusory, often divisive stigmas that have become the litmus in categorizing and determining one's character and assumed reactions. I would like to see this book written more plainly to incorporate younger and less sophisticated readers to further spread this message of global unity and vehicle to world peace.

Ignacio M. Sänchez Prado is Associate Professor of Spanish and Latin American Studies at Washington University, Saint Louis. INDUSTRY MUST HAVE......

I followed step by step instructions, from testing & building my portfolio to networking. This book was my career bible. I was overjoyed when Crystal autographed my copy in 2003, only now do i truly realize all that she has given me through her book! I am now the personal makeup artist to Patti LaBelle and Tina Knowles. I've worked for many publications including Essence, Ocean Drive and Lucky Magazine to name a few, i have worked in television (Judge Hatchett show, appearances on Jay Leno, Tyra Banks, Rachel Ray, Wendy Williams, etc..), Music Videos (Jay-Z, Pharrell, Fat Joe, T.I, etc...) I've worked fashion shows with Stephen Burrowes and Moda in Miami, Award Shows with Kanye West & Jamie Foxx.... and so much more! I am amazed sometimes at myself when i look back at the body of worked i've established through the years, and then i look back at the beginning when i knew nothing of the industry, requirements and standards, and realize that Crystal's book truly was my start, my university if you will, for my career. SO.... Thank you Crystal!!! Not just for this book, but for every time that i came to a workshop or trade show and you offered encouraging words....

Great content/info; format/layout needs a little work...

I really do like this book, but its kind of a hard read because it doesn't flow very well. If you're just needing the hair or makeup sections, you have to hop around a lot because there is info for you in several different parts of the book. Also the continuous advertising is a little annoying. I felt there were too many plugs for the schools; the same ads are repeated several times throughout the book. Maybe better to just add a nice list as additional appendix. The interviews with industry professionals were great. Very real and genuine answers...no holds barred industry advice. I liked the separate lists for different types of makeup work. Love the information...invaluable, but hoping for a more cleaned-up edition in the future?

An inspiring book

If you are ready to get off your butt and do something instead of just feeling angry and powerless as you watch the deterioration of American Democracy, reading this book is a good place to start. It inspired me take a first step in a direction that might actually make a difference.

Realizing that it may take some time (if ever) for enough folks to organize to make an impact with O'Leary's ideas for an Assembly and People's House at a national or state level, I decided to investigate what might be possible at the local level here in Nashville, Tennessee. I bought several copies of Saving Democracy and handed them out to a few friends, heads of neighborhood associations, and the councilman who was just elected to serve my district in Metro Nashville Government. After reading the book, key people, including our Councilman, showed an interest in trying to develop at our local level.
a `mini-model' of what O'Leary is suggesting nationally.

Following O'Leary's ideas, our goal is to develop a well-informed, politically savvy `mini' Assembly, and `People's Council' devoted to political matters, ready to take action when local issues demand it. With the help of our council representative, and existing neighborhood associations (to whom we will report) we are now in the formative stages.

Read the book. It just might inspire you to take a first step toward reclaiming a democracy in this country.

Expanding Democracy in the American Way

A spectacular book that actually shows us how to have a voice in a representational government. When the United Sates was born, we had 3 million people. We now have 300 million - which translates to 1 Congressman for 650,000 people. O'Leary spells out a rational method to make our democracy reach out to all of us and give us a chance to speak our minds. His ideas are radical only in that they promote concepts of the Founding Fathers in a 21st century way. It would truly make us a republican democracy.
